Each session is customized to meet your individual needs. Depending on the session, I will integrate a blend of Swedish, relaxation, deep tissue, trigger point, and sports massage techniques. I also offer additional modalities that can be integrated into any session, including craniosacral therapy, Reiki, reflexology, prenatal massage, cupping, and hot stones.

Cancellation Policy
I kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Life happens—if there’s an emergency or something unexpected comes up, just reach out and let me know as soon as possible.
Gratuity
Tips are always appreciated but never expected. If skipping gratuity helps make my services more accessible for you, please feel free to do so. As an independent practitioner, I’ve set my rates to reflect the full value of my work.
