I’ve been a massage therapist, bodyworker, and herbalist for 15 years and have worked in a variety of spa and clinical settings. I’ve helped thousands of clients resolve and find relief from acute and chronic pain issues, relax and reduce stress, better manage a variety of health challenges, and increase fitness and athletic performance. In my massage practice, I specialize in an integration of Swedish, Deep Tissue, Trigger Point Therapy, and Sports Massage. I’m a Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapist and also specialize in Reiki, Reflexology, Prenatal, and Oncology Massage.

I received my initial training in massage therapy, herbal medicine, and holistic counseling at Body Mind College San Diego in 2010. From there, I received additional training through numerous regional schools such as Mueller College, Healing Hands School of Holistic Health, Natural Healing Institute, and Lifeshapes Institute where I completed a two-year Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy training.

I have worked locally in North County San Diego at an Oceanside community acupuncture clinic since 2016 which has given me a broad range of clinical experience. Additionally, I have undergraduate and graduate-level training in cultural and medical anthropology through Mount San Jacinto College, California State University San Marcos, and the University of Wales Trinity Saint David. I integrate my holistic health and research background with a deep understanding of human evolution and cultural systems into consulting work and educational outreach to empower individuals to improve their health and quality of life.
