Most of my sessions draw from a blend of Swedish, relaxation, deep tissue, trigger point, and sports massage techniques. I also offer additional modalities that can be integrated into any session, including craniosacral therapy, Reiki, reflexology, and prenatal massage. Each session is customized to meet your individual needs.

Out-Call / Mobile Massage

Experience the benefits of therapeutic bodywork in the comfort and privacy of your own space. I offer professional mobile massage services throughout North County San Diego, bringing a range of holistic treatments directly to your home or hotel.

To book a session via text, please include the following:
• Your name
• Your general location (city/neighborhood or hotel)
• Your preferred date and time range

For hotel sessions, kindly provide the hotel name. Some properties have specific guidelines for visiting therapists, and I may need to coordinate with them in advance.

Cancellation Policy
I kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Life happens—if there’s an emergency or something unexpected comes up, just reach out and let me know as soon as possible.

Gratuity
Tips are always appreciated but never expected. If skipping gratuity helps make my services more accessible for you, please feel free to do so. As an independent practitioner, I’ve set my rates to reflect the full value of my work.
